Renew Your Mind

Did you know that the state of your mind can affect your physical health?  That is why it is very important that you work hard to keep your mind in a healthy place.  And what is the best way to keep your mind in a positive, healing and uplifting place?  To keep it centered and focused on God.

Romans 12:2 reads, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.”  Let your mind be renewed by daily meditating on what God says.

Please read the verse of the day & phrases below and find that God has a positive answer to all of your negative self talk.  Use this verse & statements daily to rid yourself of the negative self talk and replace it with God’s word.  Rise from the negative ashes that can lead to poor health and fly on wings like eagles upward onto good health.

You say:  It is impossible
God says: All things are possible (Luke 18:27)

You say: I’m too tired
